I like for my bottles to be cohesive. Meaning, I like to empty all of the shampoo bottles and pour them into “cohesive bottles.”
So my eyes and mind don’t feel so frenetic amid the cacophony of mismatched bottles that grind against my soul when I’m taking a shower.
Too many bottles screaming at me. Look at me! Look at me! Look at me! They say, screaming over one another.
I just want one calm cohesive bottle concept.
This cohesion, of course, is a source of endless mockery for my family. And the process is not easy. Some bottles you have to drip, drip, drip along, taking care not to pour too fast or the product will overflow. Some you have to clunk on the shower wall.
But I persist.
